My Bipolar Hell
Hello Internet,
Well, this is my first blog. I'll start with who I am. I'm a 20 year old student studying law enforcement at my local community college. I also happen to suffer from Bipolar Disorder. It is my own personal hell. Right now I'm currently in the depressed phase. Manic will soon take over. I've decided to start this blog because I need a way to express my feelings about having bipolar and hopefully find a way to cope with it. I've become successful at learning how to recognize when I feel "down" or "up," "depressed" or "manic." Some people in life never figure that part out. The struggle now is how to pull myself up from that rut or phase of mania. Hopefully writing what I go through down will help me figure out how to cope.
